There are so many things I appreciate and admire here so here is a brief list: The food is fresh- all of it; made from scratch and that includes bread, ketchup and all. The menu constantly changes, and makes the most of local harvests. Tim and his staff really understand food and constantly work to create fabulous dishes. Did I mention that it is all real FOOD. This is a restaurant- not a re-heating establishment. The prices and quality are outstanding. Great beer selection Dean! Thank you all, we'll be back for more.
